How Do I Update My Credit Card on File?

Start by logging into your MyLibsyn account

Once logged in, you will see a list of your subscriptions. You can also see a list of the other subscriptions you could choose to sign up for.

Click on the subscription you want to change

Here, you will find the subscription details. Click on Update My Credit Card

Enter your new billing information and hit Save

How Do I Change My Password?

When logged in, click on Change Password along the top of the page

Enter your old password and what you want your new password to be, then save your changes

What If I Forgot My Password?

Click on "We can help!" under the login form at http://my.libsyn.com:

Fill in your e-mail address and hit Retrieve Password:

We will send you an e-mail with further instructions.

How Can I Cancel a Subscription?

Start by logging into your MyLibsyn account

Once logged in, you will see a list of your subscriptions

Click on the subscription you want to change

Click on Cancel Subscription

You will be asked to confirm your wish to cancel (twice). Just say OK and your subscription will cancel immediately.
