Android Users: My Purchased App Won't Install

In some circumstances, the Android Market app on your device will display as 'Purchased' even though the application won't install successfully.  This is often caused by a cancelled order, or a declined payment while purchasing.

To correct this issue, check for emails from Google which should have been sent to the email address associated with your Google Checkout account, and proceed with the provided instructions.

 

If the issue isn't resolved by updating your Google Checkout account, please contact appsupport@libsynsupport.com.  Please include any order numbers you have received from Google Checkout.
