Libsyn has a Facebook app, and your published show is in it! Now you can connect your Facebook page to your show inside the Libsyn Facebook app for easy marketing and access for your listeners - no subscription required!

To get started, make sure you are logged into Facebook (as yourself, not as your page), also ensure you have third party cookies turned on in your browser, then visit our Facebook App Page:

You will notice a menu as shown below with a settings button on the far right. Click the settings button then go down to Add App to Page.

You will be offerred the option of which Facebook Page you want the app added to. Hit the dropdown button that reads Choose Facebook Pages, then select your page and hit Add Page Tab.

Navigate back to your Facebook page and you will now see the Libsyn Podcast App as a tab on your Facebook Page (just below your banner image, to the right of your icon).

Notice at the end of the tab line, a drop down arrow appears. Hit the arrow button. This tells the page you are about to make changes. Now hover your mouse over the app tab and a pencil will appear.

Hit the pencil and the edit menu will appear. Hit Edit Settings.

A pop up window will appear. From here, you can edit the name that appears on the tab by entering the name into the Custom Tab Name text box and hitting Save..

Once you save your tab name and hit Okay, you will see the new tab name on your page:

On the same edit dialog box, you can change the image associated with the tab. This is particuarly handy if you have your own show imagery you wish to use in order to maintain your brand. Hit the Change link by Custom Tab Image:

A new page will appear showing the current image. Hit the Change link (to the right)...

Hit the Browse button to locate the image you wish to use...

Locate your image...

Once you've selected your image hit Open (this may be slightly different depending on your browser or computer). Hit Okay:

Now your app tab has your own image and title.

Click on your new app tab from your page to be taken to the app.

A new option in the app should appear to Edit Page Tab Settings...

The Edit Page Tab Settings page allows you to search for your show.

In the Search for Podcast box enter the title of your show and hit search. A list of shows matching your search will appear, each with a Select this Podcast option. Click Select this Podcast next to your show. A confirmation page will appear:

Now that your show has been added, your page tab settings will show the currently selected Podcast.

That's it! Your Facebook page tab will now point directly to your show in the Libsyn Podcast App. Have questions? Contact support@libsynsupport.com.
